Privacy Policy

GCStack (“we,” “us”), operated by Ramirez & Yang Construction Inc., provides marketing, sales, and back-office services for residential builders. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Information you provide — your business name, market/location, and answers to our fit questionnaire; your phone number when you book a call.
• Facebook Login — if you choose “Continue with Facebook,” we receive your name and email address from your Facebook profile (with your permission). We do not post to Facebook or access your friends, photos, or messages.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how you move through our site and funnel (pages viewed, steps completed), used to improve the experience.

How we use it

• To assess whether our service is a fit for your business and to prepare for your call.
• To contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or text (you can opt out anytime).
• To measure and improve our marketing and website.

How we share it

We share your information only with service providers that operate our business on our behalf — our CRM (HighLevel), our scheduling and communications tools, analytics (PostHog), and advertising measurement (Meta). We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure the performance of our ads. This may share limited event data (e.g., that a lead was submitted) with Meta in hashed form. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and operate our business, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your choices & rights

• Opt out of email or text by replying STOP/unsubscribe or emailing us.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information — see our Data Deletion page or email privacy@gcstack.io.
• California residents — you may opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (our ad measurement). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
